Welcome to episode 31 where I am joined by Homeopath, Rita Robinson.
In this episode Rita shares how homeopathy and her super niche area of specialism found her. Rita specialises in working with people (mainly children) that have been injured by vaccination or on the Autistic spectrum. She also shares how she has built resilience and support to transcend the trolling and hate mail she receives from people that are critical of her work.
To be clear this is not a conversation about whether people should or should not be vaccinated. Our conversation is about Rita's work, how her micro-niche has grown to employ four people and allow her husband to work part time so that he can support Rita.
Rita also shares noteworthy insights on tech and fatigue. Full show notes here.

Welcome to episode 30!! I am joined by Steph Douglas, founder of thoughtful gift company, Don’t Buy Her Flowers. We have a wide ranging conversation about stair casing to success amongst other things. The stair casing we are talking about is taking considered steps and growing rather than trying to grow exponentially and then fizzling out.
Steph is a human with her own needs (we tend to leave this bit out!), mother to three children aged between 1 and 8 years old, wife and founder of a blossoming company.

I am making some changes to the Three Sixty space, more information coming soon. The changes means that there will not be another Everyday Joy day retreat this year. The next will be early 2020 and it will not be taking place in the same way, it will be part of a membership.
The next and final (in this way) Everyday Joy retreat takes place on 08/06/19 and promises to be a really nourishing day. You can book your place and get further information here. You can also read some feedback from he last retreat here.

Three Sixty Conversations LIVE with Jessica Huie on peeling back the layers
Thursday May 02, 2019
Thursday May 02, 2019
On 1stMay 2019 Three Sixty turned one and I celebrated with a LIVE PODCAST episode. I answered questions posed by former podcast guests then delved deep in to conversation with Jessica Huie.
We talked about all the things, from racism in the wellness industry to self-celebration. The self-celebration turned into a bit of a self-celebration party at the end where guests joined and shared something they were celebrating (1hr 15min).
Whilst we discussed elements of Jessica’s book PURPOSE we talked about the new learning and growing that comes with personal development.
It was a glorious conversation, enjoy!
Jessica has a retreat taking place in Jamaica in January 2020 and hosts monthly PR workshops at the British Library. You can find out about those here.
You can also connect with Jessica via facebook, twitter or Instagram.
Many thanks to We Are Unedited for podcast production and@eophotographyuk for the photography.

Three Sixty Conversations with Sharn Khaira on spirituality, culture and making money
Wednesday Apr 10, 2019
Wednesday Apr 10, 2019
Welcome to episode 27! Today I am joined by Sharn Khaira. Sharn begun her entrepreneur journey with her company Luxury wedding planning business, Desi Bride Dreams after leaving a career in marketing that was very depleting. In 2017 Sharn set up the AFEC (Asian Female Entrepreneurs Collective) to support Asian women achieve successful in business. Sharn is also an international speaker and all round badass!
Sharn talks about her background, growing up with parents that had little or no English and had periods of working multiple jobs to make ends meet. Sharn reflected on being a translator for her parents from a very young age and doing things like speaking to Sky TV at the age of 5 or 6 and helping her parents complete a mortgage application at 11 or 12! We talk about growing up in an area that was characterised by deprivation and seeing her parents experience financial stress. It was really interesting to hear Sharn talk about growing up seeing wealthy relatives and not being jealous or intimidated but inspired to believe that there was more for her than what she was experiencing. We also touch on Sharn paving her own path and braking away from the cultural norms of the Sikh community. Full show notes here.

Three Sixty Conversations with Liz Stanford on better births and a forgiveness mindset
Wednesday Apr 03, 2019
Wednesday Apr 03, 2019
Welcome to episode 26!
Today I am chatting to Liz Stanford (new) owner of The Calm Birth School founded by Suzy Ashworth. The Calm Birth school (TCBS) is a four week antenatal video program, training women and their birth partners to create calm, joyful births from anywhere in the world. The Calm Birth School was a huge disruptor in the birthing world being the first digital hypnobirthing programme. TCBS is an antidote to the over medicalised narrative around birth.
During this conversation Liz and I discuss what it has been like to take over an established business and how she is making it her own. We also have a beautiful conversation about forgiveness being a significant part of her mindset work. We touch on post natal depression. Full show notes here.

Three Sixty Monologues - Self empathy
Tuesday Mar 26, 2019
Tuesday Mar 26, 2019
In this episode I am talking about the way self-empathy can create space for expansion and liberate us from unhelpful internal narratives.
Journal prompt:
How would you feel if you woke up tomorrow and all your dreams/ goals were realised?
Are those feelings present (to any degree) in your life currently?
I invite you to think about how more self-empathy (the ability to understand and share the feelings of another). Could assist you to expand towards realising some of your dreams/ goals?
I shout out my absolute darling, Nicola Rae Wickham founder of A Life More Inspired. Nicola is a true gem and the woman that helped me to begin to recognise my limiting beliefs and understand that we build stories around our lives that are not always true which means that we can create new helpful ones. Nicola has just launched a Creative Coaching and Mentoring Experience for purpose-driven women who have a brand to get out and into the world. If this sounds like you. Do check Dream, Do and Flourish out.
I mention Nicky Raby and our podcast chat.

Avni Trevedi is an experienced Osteopath, Doula and Zero-Balancer. Her approach brings together East and West, bridging the relationship between body and mind, a very Three Sixty approach if you will!
Avni’s work includes using the healing power of touch to work on the body and energy system to provide holistic treatment that enables deeper connection. This approach assists with getting to the root of the issue rather than focusing on the symptoms.

Three Sixty Monologues - Meeting your basic needs
Monday Mar 11, 2019
Monday Mar 11, 2019
Welcome to my 3rd solo episode - Three Sixty Monologues.
This week I am talking about the importance of meeting your needs and how not meeting them can prevent you from doing the things you WANT to do and lead to overwhelm.
I didn't answer questions this week as I had a lot to say! In this episode I referred to Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
I mentioned Le'Nise Brothers @eatlovemove, Ash Cole @slashbeautyldn, Lucy Sheridan @Lucysheridan, Steph Douglas @steph_dontbuyherflowers you can read Steph's overwhelm blog post here and Emma Svanberg @mumologist.
I shout out @Lucysheridan. Lucy is a very good egg who generously shares knowledge and information that assists all areas of personal development with a focus on Comparison. Lucy is the worlds first and possibly only Comparison Coach. Her work has ended up on the Oprah Winfrey show where she was casually chatting to Oprah and Iyanla Vanzant about comparison. Lucy facilitated a workshop at my last day retreat called Compassion over Comparison where she guided people to think about the genesis of their comparison and how to be more compassionate with themselves. It was a really deep and meaningful workshop that got us all thinking and awakening. This is not an ad, I am mentioning this because I think Lucy is the real deal, on this Wednesday 13th March Lucy is hosting one of her Comparison Free Workshops. Its a virtual workshop so you don't have to leave your home and you are likely to gain loads. You can find out more here and connect with Lucy on instagram here.
