Conversations and monologues exploring how work can be part of our self-care. An exploration of how we can improve our quality of life by remembering that we work to create a living. Work gives us a sense of purpose and fulfilment, but the way we work means we are left with the dregs of ourselves. We have very little energy left to create a purposeful and fulfilling life. This creates a dynamic where we rely on work and toxic levels of productivity for our sense of worth and purpose. Nobody leaves this life wishing they had worked more! We’ve got to live whilst we are alive and I think changing the way we work is an integral part of this. I don’t have the answers, this podcast is likely to leave you with more questions than you had before and think that’s a good thing. It gives us the chance to consider how we can create something new.

On 1stMay 2019 Three Sixty turned one and I celebrated with a LIVE PODCAST episode. I answered questions posed by former podcast guests then delved deep in to conversation with Jessica Huie.
We talked about all the things, from racism in the wellness industry to self-celebration. The self-celebration turned into a bit of a self-celebration party at the end where guests joined and shared something they were celebrating (1hr 15min).
Whilst we discussed elements of Jessica’s book PURPOSE we talked about the new learning and growing that comes with personal development.
It was a glorious conversation, enjoy!
Jessica has a retreat taking place in Jamaica in January 2020 and hosts monthly PR workshops at the British Library. You can find out about those here.
You can also connect with Jessica via facebook, twitter or Instagram.
