Conversations and monologues exploring how work can be part of our self-care. An exploration of how we can improve our quality of life by remembering that we work to create a living. Work gives us a sense of purpose and fulfilment, but the way we work means we are left with the dregs of ourselves. We have very little energy left to create a purposeful and fulfilling life. This creates a dynamic where we rely on work and toxic levels of productivity for our sense of worth and purpose. Nobody leaves this life wishing they had worked more! We’ve got to live whilst we are alive and I think changing the way we work is an integral part of this. I don’t have the answers, this podcast is likely to leave you with more questions than you had before and think that’s a good thing. It gives us the chance to consider how we can create something new.

Hello and welcome to episode 77 where for the first time in my podcast history I am joined by a man! Not just any man, but Victor Granville.
Victor is a relationship coach and supports people to connect with themselves rather than abandon themselves by seeking relationships to meet unmet needs. Victor is a certified Inner Bonding facilitator and hosts workshops to support people understand their limiting patterns of behaviour and learn new patterns that will assist them to develop and sustain healthy romantic relationships.
