Work gives us a sense of purpose and fulfilment, but the way we work means we are left with the dregs of ourselves. We have very little energy left to create a purposeful and fulfilling life. This creates a dynamic where we rely on work and toxic levels of productivity for our sense of worth and purpose. Nobody leaves this life wishing they had worked more! We’ve got to live whilst we are alive and I think changing the way we work is an integral part of this. I don’t have the answers, this podcast is likely to leave you with more questions than you had before and think that’s a good thing. It gives us the chance to consider how we can create something new.

In this podcast episode, I talk about the importance of presence for your present. Holding space for where you are now and not limiting the space that lies within the present by spending too much time lamenting the past or chasing and placing burdensome pressure on a future we don't believe in!
Learning how to be present and not fearing our feelings is essential at this time of mass panic caused by COVID-19.
