Welcome to the first episode of The Liberated Woman Podcast. I am thrilled to share this conversation with Yinka Ewuola, a brilliant business strategist and coach dedicated to empowering women to create holistic wealth through their businesses.
Yinka begins by sharing her journey from investment banking to becoming a business strategist focused on cash flow, strategy, mindset, and habits. She believes money is the currency of transformation, essential for creating equitable and just outcomes.
She emphasises the importance of women generating wealth to finance powerful solutions rather than approaching problems from a place of fear. We also explore the difference between capitalism and trade and the need for women to redefine their relationship with money.
Yinka offers a holistic approach to wealth creation, highlighting the importance of viewing cash not just financially but also emotionally and energetically. She provides practical steps to assign roles to your money, ensuring a balanced life that includes saving, investing, and enjoying your earnings.
Our conversation touches on overcoming the scarcity mindset, a challenge familiar to many. Yinka and I discuss the journey from growing up with limited financial resources towards creating, as she puts it, ‘unreasonable levels of wealth’. She emphasises the importance of awareness in transforming your financial reality, alongside embracing both the struggles and triumphs of this journey.
We further explore how individual financial liberation can contribute to systemic change. Yinka shares her vision for building an organisation that eradicates gender pay gaps and supports equitable and ethical practices, highlighting the broader impact of personal wealth creation.
Yinka advises becoming aware of your financial situation, understanding your spending habits, and actively creating cash flow opportunities.
She also stresses the importance of contributing to community liberation by creating personal wealth and spending in line with community-focused values.
